Contributors: We periodically work with accounting majors and professionals in the field who share their personal experiences and give advice to our readers through interviews and other content contributions.
Laura McPherson holds a bachelor’s degree in Career and Technical Education and History from Eastern New Mexico University and a Certificate in Writing from the University of California Berkeley Extension. Her experience includes designing career training modules for professionals in various industries, including real estate finance with the Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation. Her creative work has appeared in literary journals such as Paperbark and Corvus Review and she has been an awards reader for The Community of Literary Magazines and Presses (CLMP). Rob Voce is the Chief of Product at Masters in Accounting. Rob is a graduate of Kenyon College with a BA in Honors Economics and he has his MBA from University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. He started his career at McKinsey & Company and The Boston Consulting Group before moving to Seattle where he held senior or executive roles at Wizards of the Coast (Hasbro), Amazon.com, and Whitepages.com. He then founded Project 8 Labs in 2010.
