Equally as important, this site provides research information on items such as career outlooks, guides to becoming a student, potentially available scholarships and more. Published by Project 8 Labs LLC, Masters in Accounting was established in 2011 and is based in the Seattle metro area. We have been a Better Business Bureau accredited business since 2012.
Our Editorial Process

Contributors: We periodically work with accounting majors and professionals in the field who share their personal experiences and give advice to our readers through interviews and other content contributions.

Laura McPherson, Associate Editor
Laura McPherson holds a bachelor’s degree in Career and Technical Education and History from Eastern New Mexico University and a Certificate in Writing from the University of California Berkeley Extension. Her experience includes designing career training modules for professionals in various industries, including real estate finance with the Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation. Her creative work has appeared in literary journals such as Paperbark and Corvus Review and she has been an awards reader for The Community of Literary Magazines and Presses (CLMP). Audrey Stoffle, Chief Editor
A graduate of Berea College, Audrey Stoffle has a BA in English with a writing emphasis and a minor in Spanish. During her career, Audrey has worked as Editor for a literary magazine, Appalachian Review (formerly Appalachian Heritage), and has taught English in Seville, Spain. Her writing and editing work has appeared on a variety of career and travel websites and blogs. When she’s not writing, Audrey enjoys running, tennis, photography, and biking around Atlanta. Rob Voce, Chief of Product
Rob Voce is the Chief of Product at Masters in Accounting. Rob is a graduate of Kenyon College with a BA in Honors Economics and he has his MBA from University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. He started his career at McKinsey & Company and The Boston Consulting Group before moving to Seattle where he held senior or executive roles at Wizards of the Coast (Hasbro), Amazon.com, and Whitepages.com. He then founded Project 8 Labs in 2010.
